The hotel location was convenient with easy access to transportation and close to the center of the village. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel valued. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, and the breakfast provided was amazing.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning - nestled in the beautiful mountains, right next to a picturesque river. You can enjoy the breathtaking views right from your room, making it a truly memorable experience.

Traditional Japanese house, wood decorations, tatami floors, shoji walls, comfortable.

Location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful decor, resembling a traditional Japanese house. Comfortable rooms with dimmed lights and natural look of the bathtubs.

Limited food options and not very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in offering pointers on what to see or do in the surrounding area. The hotel lacked a certain atmosphere, making it feel more like a standard hotel than an authentic Japanese ryokan.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent - the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the river. Although the breakfast had limited options, the food was delicious. the private toilet was clean, and the lounge area provided decent WiFi. there were multiple onsen choices including private and outdoor baths with different views and settings.

The pricing of the hotel was a bit steep.
